The Tao of Peace School is excited to present Sheila Bird, Three Time World Champion, for a one day seminar. The focus of this event it to provide the participant with B.J.J. skills that enables him/her to escape from the Full Guard and the Mount position. The Instruction and practice time are designed to help specifically with these positions and how they translate into effective street self defense. The workshop will be geared towards meeting the needs of both novice and experienced practitioners. Gentlemen and Ladies from the age of 16yrs and up who have an interest in Grappling and/or Realistic Self Defense are encouraged to consider this event.
The Tao is a fully matted and spacious school with 4,000 sq ft of training surface. We welcome all participants from other disciplines and schools to learn from this highly recognized teacher and world-renowned competitor.
