I am constantly updating it and adding recent news, pictures and content so keep coming back to see what’s happening.

Just to give you an idea of what I want to accomplish with my site. For the last 11 years I have been training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with cross training in wrestling and Muay Thai. It is my career to operate BDB Martial Arts and luckily I am one of those people who get to do what they love as a job. I would like to share with you my training secrets and personal challenges I have had over the last 11 years doing martial arts.

I am surrounded daily with coaches and training partners that give me constant challenges and knowledge in all areas of my training. Currently, I am focused on my no-gi grappling, wrestling and conditioning to prepare me for my upcoming competitions.
